Foglia is a chef-driven, award-winning plant-based restaurant located in historic, downtown Bristol, Rhode Island.

Chef Peter Carvelli is a semifinalist for the 2024 James Beard Award for Best Chef, Northeast. Chef Pete and his team serve seasonal vegetable dishes, house made pasta and innovative plant-based dishes in a beautiful, intimate dining room and cozy bar.

In addition to our a la carte menu, we offer a thoughtful bar program featuring a curated wine collection; craft-beers and craft cocktails - both with and without alcohol. Finally, guests may chose a five-course tasting menu and an optional wine pairing to make a memorable night exceptional.
